Steps to Connect Lodgify with BetterSTR
Log in to BetterSTR
Go to your BetterSTR account and open the Integrations page.Open the Lodgify integration
Find Lodgify in the list of integrations and click Connect.Enter your Lodgify credentials
Paste your Lodgify API key into the field. Click Connect — BetterSTR validates your credentials against Lodgify straight away and lets you know if anything is missing.Sync your properties and reservations
- Your properties and upcoming reservations sync automatically within a minute or two.
- You can optionally sync historical reservations to use BetterSTR’s Mobile TXT / SMS marketing features.
Where to find your Lodgify credentials
In Lodgify, open Settings → Public API and copy your API key. If no key is shown, generate one first, then copy it into BetterSTR.
What happens after you connect
- Each reservation gets its own guidebook with the guest’s name and actual check-in / check-out times.
- Add a new property in Lodgify and it appears in BetterSTR automatically on the next sync.
- Create reusable guide templates and apply them across your portfolio to keep every property consistent.
- Generate shareable links and QR codes for specific guidebook content (e.g. appliance instructions) to place on fridges, remotes or welcome cards.
