Frequently Asked Questions

Connect the Hospitable integration rather than the Airbnb integration. It brings in more data and more options, so more of your guidebook content fills in automatically.

Yes. Connect the integration and activate only a single property.

There is no limit. We make it easy to create a single guidebook, and you can then duplicate the content to additional properties.

No, guests do not need to download an app.

Your guidebook can be accessed directly from any smartphone, tablet, or computer, no app installation required.

You can share your guidebook's unique link with guests via email, text, or through the booking platform’s messaging system.

For added convenience, generate a QR code that directs guests to key sections of your guide. Place one on the fridge for general info, another on the coffee table with TV instructions, or a coffee machine QR code that links to brewing instructions.

Your guide should include all the key details that will help guests enjoy their stay.

Common sections include:
✔ WiFi details
✔ Contact information
✔ Directions & arrival instructions
✔ House rules
✔ Appliance guides
✔ Local recommendations
✔ Checkout instructions

Setting up is quick and easy!

Connecting your listings takes less than 10 seconds, and copying an existing guide to a property is just as fast.

From there, you can tailor the content to your needs. Need help? ChatGPT can generate content ideas for you!

Yes! You can clone an existing guide and edit it for another property, saving you time if you manage multiple listings.

Within a guide you can also drag and drop to reorder sections to get everything in the right order. Copying individual sections between guides isn't available yet. If that's something you'd like, be sure to upvote the feature in the member portal.

Yes! Custom domains are available for just $14.95/year.

This allows you to use your own branded domain (like guide.yourproperty.com) instead of our default guidebook.cloud subdomain. It's a great way to maintain brand consistency across all your guest communications.

There are several ways to share your guidebook:

✔ Direct Link - Copy and paste the URL into messages
✔ QR Code - Generate and print QR codes for the property
✔ SMS (optional) - Automatically send the link via text message before check-in
✔ Booking Platform Messages - Include the link in your Airbnb, VRBO, or other platform messages

We also integrate with PMS systems like Hospitable to automatically include your guidebook link in scheduled messages.

No limits! You can add as many sections, pages, and content as you need.

Create detailed guides for every appliance, local area recommendations, house rules, emergency contacts, and more. The more comprehensive your guide, the fewer questions you'll receive from guests.

Yes! Automatic translations are available for your guidebook.

Guests can view your guide in their preferred language, making it easier to host international travelers. The translation feature supports multiple languages to help you accommodate guests from around the world.

Our AI-powered guest support provides 24/7 assistance to your guests.

The AI reads and understands all the content in your guidebook, then answers guest questions based on that information. If a guest asks "What's the WiFi password?" or "How do I use the coffee machine?", the AI provides instant, accurate answers drawn from your guide content.

This reduces the number of messages you receive while ensuring guests get immediate help anytime.

Yes! You can integrate experiences and products into your guidebook.
