Do we need to replace our TVs or cabling?
No. Better Hotel runs from a small device in the HDMI port of the TVs you already have, over your existing network. There is no headend, no coax work and no requirement for hospitality-mode TVs.
How does it scale to a large property?
Devices are provisioned once and then managed entirely remotely. One dashboard covers every room across every property, with over-the-air updates, per-room configuration and live health for the whole fleet, whether that is 50 rooms or 5,000.
Can guests cast from their own phones safely?
Yes. Guests use their own accounts on their own devices, and every trace is cleared automatically at check-out, so nothing carries over to the next stay.
