We offer two domain options: Subdomains (yourname.guidebook.cloud) are $9.95/year, and custom domains (yourdomain.com) are $14.95/year. Both options include SSL certificates and remove BetterSTR branding for a professional appearance.

SMS delivery is pay-as-you-go at $0.10 per message sent. There are no monthly fees or minimum commitments. You simply add credits to your account and we deduct as you send messages. Credits never expire.

Yes! You can add or remove custom domains at any time with no cancellation fees. Your account will automatically revert to the free plan if you remove all paid features. SMS credits remain in your account and never expire.

All integrations are included in the free plan! This includes Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Hostfully, Hospitable, OwnerRez, Hostex, and more. You can sync your properties and reservations from any supported platform at no additional cost.

Translations are a one-time purchase at $2 per language. Once you translate your guidebook, guests can switch between languages with one click. We support 14 languages including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and more. You can update your guidebook content anytime, if you need to fully re-translate, simply delete the language and run another translation.
