Managing hundreds of properties can be overwhelming — especially when you need to keep details accurate and up-to-date across every guest guide. That’s where PX shortcodes come in.
PX shortcodes are linked directly to your OwnerRez custom fields. Instead of editing each property’s guide individually, you can maintain one central database of information in OwnerRez. Update the content there, and your guidebook will automatically display the latest details for every property.

Finding Your OwnerRez Shortcodes

Go to your Property Guides page.

Click the three dots (⋮) next to the property you want.

Choose Shortcodes from the menu.

Scroll down to see the OwnerRez-specific shortcodes linked to your account for that property.
Inserting a PX Shortcode in Your Guide

On the Property Guides page, click Edit Guide for your property.

Find the spot where you want the content to appear.

Either:

Type the shortcode manually (e.g.,
{{PXPARKING}}), or -
Click the {{shortcodes}} dropdown, scroll to OwnerRez, and click the shortcode you want.

How It Works
When your guest views the guide, the PX shortcode is automatically replaced with the latest content from OwnerRez for that specific property.
This means if you update {{PXPARKING}} in OwnerRez today, your guidebook will reflect the new details immediately — no extra edits needed.
Tip: You can create as many custom PX fields as you need in OwnerRez for details like Wi-Fi info, local contacts, appliance instructions, or anything else that changes between properties.
