Properties and their listing content come from OwnerRez's property and listing data. Bookings arrive by webhook.

On the Integrations page in BetterSTR, press Connect next to OwnerRez. There's no API key to copy.
OwnerRez opens its own approval screen. Sign in if asked and press the green button to authorise BetterSTR.
Properties and upcoming bookings usually appear within a couple of minutes, and the BetterSTR guide field is added to your OwnerRez account.
OwnerRez sends BetterSTR a webhook whenever a booking is created, updated or deleted, and when a property changes. New bookings are saved from the webhook straight away; guest contact details and the guide link follow on the next queue run, about a minute later. Property edits are refreshed on a five-minute cycle, and WiFi or house manual changes from your listing shortly after.
There are no fixed OwnerRez shortcodes. Instead, any custom field you create in OwnerRez becomes a shortcode using the field's own code, listed under OwnerRez Fields and OwnerRez Res in the guide builder:
{{PXBEACH}} or {{PXAMENITIESINFO}}. One shared guide can then serve hundreds of homes.BXBETTERSTRGUIDE, and fills it with each guest's guide link. Put it in an OwnerRez message template to send the guide automatically.If you run a lock integration through OwnerRez, {{door_code}} shows each guest their own code. The guide can also be shown on an Android TV welcome screen in the property.

No. Click Connect next to OwnerRez on the BetterSTR Integrations page, then approve BetterSTR on the OwnerRez screen that opens. The access OwnerRez grants doesn't expire, so there's nothing to renew later.
BetterSTR adds a booking custom field, BXBETTERSTRGUIDE, to your OwnerRez account and fills it with each guest's guide link. Insert that field in an OwnerRez message template and the right link goes to every guest.
Yes. Property custom fields (PX) and booking custom fields (BX) appear as shortcodes under OwnerRez Fields and OwnerRez Res in the guide builder, using the same code you gave them in OwnerRez.
Yes. BetterSTR requests door codes with each OwnerRez booking, and the {{door_code}} shortcode displays that guest's code in their guide.
OwnerRez doesn't share a time zone, so BetterSTR works it out from the property's country and state or region. In countries with several time zones, check the time zone setting on the property in BetterSTR.
