How to Add Translations

 

Method 1: From the Guide Editor

  1. Open your guide in the Guide Builder.

  2. Click the language dropdown (flag icon).

  3. Select "Manage Translations."

  4. Choose the desired language.

  5. Click "Start Translation."

  6. Monitor real-time progress.

  7. Once complete, the new language is live.

 

Method 2: From Property List

  1. Go to "My Properties."

  2. Click the three-dot menu for "more actions"

  3. Select "Language Translation."

  4. This opens the Guide Builder with translation options.

  5. Follow steps 4-7 above.


 

Managing Translations

  • View Languages: Check available translations in the dropdown.

  • Switch Editing Language: Edit content directly in any language.

  • Delete Translations:

    1. Open "Manage Translations."

    2. Locate the language to remove.

    3. Click the delete icon.

    4. Confirm deletion (this is permanent).

  • Update Translations:

    1. Select the language.

    2. Edit the desired content.

    3. Click Save. (No extra charge.)
