Hostaway Integration
Direct Native Integration
Since March 2026 BetterSTR has a full native Hostaway integration. Connect with your Hostaway Account ID and API key and your listings and reservations sync automatically.
How the Hostaway Connection Works
- In Hostaway, open Settings, Hostaway API and copy your Account ID and API Secret Key
- In BetterSTR, open Integrations, choose Hostaway and paste them in
- Your listings and reservations sync automatically
- Each booking gets its own guidebook with the guest's name and check-in / check-out times
- New properties added in Hostaway appear on the next sync
