This is also our easiest connection yet. There are no API keys to hunt down and no webhook URLs to paste anywhere. Click Connect in BetterSTR, log in to Zeevou, approve access, and you're done. Your properties come across with their photos, check-in and check-out times, and bedrooms, bathrooms and guest capacity worked out automatically from your Zeevou unit types. What actually syncs
- Properties: every property with its address, photos and check-in/check-out times. Bedrooms, bathrooms and occupancy are aggregated from your Zeevou unit types, so multi-unit setups come out right without any manual entry.
- Bookings: guest names and contact details, stay dates, party size, and the booking channel with its reference, whether it came from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Agoda, your direct booking site or was entered manually.
- Changes, as they happen: BetterSTR registers Zeevou callbacks automatically at connect time, so new bookings, modifications and cancellations land within moments. Hourly and daily syncs run as a backstop, so nothing slips through.
Every booking gets its own guidebook link
The moment a booking syncs, BetterSTR generates a unique guest guidebook link for that stay, personalised to that guest, that property and those dates. Drop the link into your Zeevou guest communications once, and every future guest gets their own guide without you lifting a finger.
Your guides can also use Zeevou-specific shortcodes: booking reference, stay dates, party size, booking channel and more. So a guide can open with the guest's actual details rather than a generic hello.
It's not just guidebooks
Once Zeevou is connected, the whole BetterSTR stack works off the same booking data:
