The connection is an authorize-and-done flow: click Connect in BetterSTR, approve the connection on the Tokeet side, and your properties and reservations sync automatically. No API keys to hunt down, no CSV exports, no re-typing your listings.
What actually syncs
- Properties: your listings come across with the details BetterSTR needs to build a guidebook that already knows your place.
- Reservations: guest names and contact details, stay dates and the channel the booking came from — kept current automatically as bookings are created, changed or cancelled.
Every reservation gets its own guidebook link
The moment a reservation syncs, BetterSTR generates a unique guest guidebook link for that stay — personalised to that guest, that property and those dates, with their actual check-in and check-out times. Drop the link into your Tokeet, AdvanceCM or Sympl message templates once, and every future guest gets their own guide automatically.
It's not just guidebooks
Once connected, the wider BetterSTR toolkit works off the same reservation data:
