No partner app, no waiting
Beds24 runs your calendar, channels and booking page. BetterSTR reads your properties and bookings from it and gives each stay a personalised guidebook, a welcome on the in-property TV and a WiFi QR code that works first time.
The access is yours to give. You create an invite code in your own Beds24 account and choose exactly what BetterSTR can see, so there is no marketplace app to install and no approval to wait for.

BetterSTR checks Beds24 for new and changed bookings every 10 minutes, and re-reads your properties once a day. You don't need to set anything up in Beds24 for that.
Want changes within a minute? Paste the webhook address shown on the Beds24 page in BetterSTR into Settings > Properties > Access > Booking Webhook for each property. If you need something now, the Beds24 page has Sync Properties and Sync Reservations buttons, and Full Sync pulls in past stays.
Because the link is saved on the booking, you can send it from the messages you already have in Beds24. Add this template variable to a pre-arrival auto action:

Or let BetterSTR send it: choose Beds24 guest message in a notification rule and the message lands in the guest's booking conversation. An Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo guest sees it in that platform's inbox.
In Beds24, go to Settings, then Marketplace, then API, and click Generate invite code. Tick Bookings Read and Write, Bookings personal Read and Properties Read, then paste the code into BetterSTR straight away. Codes work once and expire after 24 hours.
No. You don't need a Beds24 marketplace app, a partner listing or approval. You create the invite code yourself, and on the BetterSTR side the integration is part of the free plan.
BetterSTR saves each guest's link on their Beds24 booking as the info item BETTERSTRGUIDE. Add [BOOKINGINFOCODETEXT:BETTERSTRGUIDE] to a Beds24 pre-arrival auto action, or use a BetterSTR notification rule with the Beds24 guest message option to send it into the guest's booking conversation.
Beds24 doesn't share property photos or WiFi details through its API. Upload a photo under the property's Home Image and enter WiFi once in BetterSTR, and syncs won't overwrite them. If you keep WiFi or arrival notes in a Beds24 template, that template is available as a shortcode.
BetterSTR checks Beds24 every 10 minutes, so most changes appear within that time. To pull it in straight away, open the Beds24 page in BetterSTR and click Sync Reservations, or add the booking webhook to the property in Beds24 for changes within a minute.
