iReservation is the booking calendar and channel manager behind Bed-and-Breakfast.it. It keeps your rooms and bookings from Bed-and-Breakfast.it, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and your own direct bookings in one place. BetterSTR reads them and gives each stay a personalised guidebook, a welcome by name on the room's TV and a WiFi QR code that works first time.
There is nothing to install. You set an API username and password on the Channel Manager page of your Bed-and-Breakfast.it account, enter them in BetterSTR with your calendar ID, and your rooms come across.
Like every BetterSTR integration, it is part of the free plan. The iReservation connection is new, so it is marked beta while the first hosts use it.

BetterSTR checks iReservation for new, changed and cancelled bookings every 15 minutes, and re-reads your rooms once a day. You don't need to set anything up for that.
If you need something now, the iReservation page in BetterSTR has Sync Properties and Sync Reservations buttons, and Full Sync pulls in the last three years.
Sign in to your Bed-and-Breakfast.it account and open the Channel Manager page (bed-and-breakfast.it/ar/channel_manager.cfm). Your calendar ID is shown there, and you set the API username and password on the same page. They must be different from your extranet login.
Yes. iReservation is your channel manager, so bookings from Bed-and-Breakfast.it, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and your own direct bookings all come through to BetterSTR.
No. There is nothing to install and no approval to wait for, and on the BetterSTR side the integration is part of the free plan.
