To connect, open the Integrations page in the BetterSTR members area, choose iGMS and click Connect. You'll be taken to iGMS to sign in and approve the connection, then sent straight back to BetterSTR. There's no API key to find and nothing to configure on the iGMS side. BetterSTR then syncs your property details (name, address, photo gallery, description, amenities, bedrooms and check-in and check-out times) along with your bookings, including guest name, email, phone, party size, dates and the channel each booking came from, whether that's Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or a direct booking.
After the first sync, everything stays fresh automatically: iGMS fires a webhook when a booking is created, changed or cancelled and it lands in BetterSTR in near real-time, with an hourly sync and a daily property refresh as backstop. Disconnect any time from the same Integrations page, or by revoking BetterSTR's access inside iGMS.
Yes. All BetterSTR integrations, including iGMS, are included in the free plan with unlimited properties and guidebooks. You only pay for optional add-ons like SMS, WiFi marketing or a custom domain.
