iGMS started out as AirGMS, a tool for Airbnb hosts, and now also handles Vrbo, Booking.com and its own direct booking listings, with automated guest messaging at its centre. Rather than squeezing arrival details into message templates, you can give each iGMS booking its own BetterSTR guide. BetterSTR also saves the guide link into the booking's guidebook field in iGMS, so it stays with the reservation.

Bookings come across in full. The richer property content (photo gallery, description, amenities, rules and capacity) is only available for properties that have an iGMS direct booking listing.

Click the button on the iGMS integration page. You are taken to iGMS, where you sign in if needed and review what BetterSTR is asking for.
Click Allow and you return to BetterSTR. The account needs at least one property in iGMS or the connection won't complete.
Properties import first, followed by current and upcoming bookings. Each stay gets a guide link, which is also saved back to the booking in iGMS.
iGMS registers webhooks for each software partner as a whole rather than per customer, so there is nothing for you to set up. Every delivery to BetterSTR is signed with a shared secret and checked before it is used, and anything older than five minutes is refused. A booking webhook is stored straight away, then BetterSTR fetches the booking again to add the guest's contact details, which iGMS keeps separately. Once an hour BetterSTR also asks iGMS for every booking updated since its last check, and property details refresh daily.
Two menus, iGMS Fields and iGMS Res, are added to the guide builder. Empty fields are left out of the menu.

BetterSTR writes each guest's guide link into the booking's guidebook link field in iGMS. It is done automatically for upcoming and current stays once the booking syncs.
iGMS only shares the photo gallery, description, amenities and rules for properties with an iGMS direct booking listing. Properties listed only on channels such as Airbnb come across with a cover photo, so add the rest in the BetterSTR guide builder.
Most likely BetterSTR's access was revoked inside iGMS. Click Reconnect on the iGMS page in BetterSTR and approve again. Your guides are kept.
No, iGMS doesn't share either through its API. Add your WiFi name and password in BetterSTR to get a scannable QR code, and write your access steps into the guide.
iGMS sends a signed webhook when a booking is created or changed, and BetterSTR stores it as soon as it arrives. An hourly check catches anything missed, and Sync Reservations fetches changes on demand.
