To connect, open the Integrations page in the BetterSTR members area, choose Hostfully and paste your agency API key (found on the Agency Settings page at platform.hostfully.com). BetterSTR validates the key, then syncs all your properties — name, address, photos, amenities, check-in/out times, bedrooms and bathrooms — along with your reservations (called “leads” in Hostfully), including guest name, email, phone, party size and booking channel such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or direct.
From then on, Hostfully webhooks deliver new bookings, updates, cancellations and property changes in near real-time, with an hourly sync as backstop. Note that Hostfully API access requires their Premium plan or the “Open API” add-on.
