The connection is read-only. BetterSTR reads your listings and reservations and never changes anything on Airbnb.

Choose Airbnb on the Integrations page in BetterSTR and press Connect to Airbnb. A secure window opens.
Sign in with the Airbnb account that owns your listings and approve the read-only connection. The window closes itself when it's done.
Your listings appear straight away as properties. Upcoming reservations take about five minutes to follow.
After the first import, Airbnb changes are pushed to BetterSTR as they happen: a new reservation, a date change, a cancellation, a new or edited listing. Each confirmed booking gets its own guide carrying the guest's name and stay dates. Past stays aren't included at first, but Sync All History brings in up to ten years of bookings if you want to message former guests.
Superhost status depends on four things Airbnb checks every quarter: an overall rating of 4.8 or higher, a response rate of at least 90%, cancellations under 1%, and at least 10 stays (or 100 nights over 3 or more stays) in the past year.
The same guide can also play on an Android TV in the property, and the WiFi login page lets guests leave their details when they join your network.

Open the Integrations page in BetterSTR, choose Airbnb and press Connect to Airbnb. Log in to Airbnb in the window that opens and approve the connection. Your listings appear straight away and reservations follow within about five minutes.
No. The Airbnb connection is read-only. BetterSTR reads listings and reservations to build your guides and never edits prices, availability or listing content on Airbnb.
Co-hosted listings can't be connected from a co-host's login. The primary host of those listings needs to connect their own Airbnb account to BetterSTR.
Airbnb doesn't share email addresses, but the guest's phone number usually comes through, so BetterSTR can text each guest their personal guide before check-in. You can also include your property's guide link in your Airbnb scheduled messages.
Yes. Connecting Airbnb and building guides is free with unlimited properties. Text messages to guests use prepaid credit, and the other add-ons are optional.
