Viewing and Managing Reservations

Search and filter reservations, view guest details, send guides via SMS, and export data from your reservation dashboard.

The Reservations page provides a comprehensive view of all your guest bookings synced from your Property Management System. Here you can search, filter, view details, and send guides to your guests.

 

Accessing Reservations

Click Reservations in the main navigation to open the reservation search page.

 

Searching and Filtering

 

Property Filter

Use the multi-select dropdown to filter by specific properties. You can select one, multiple, or all properties.

 

Date Range

Set the date range for your search:

  • Start Date - Beginning of your search period
  • End Date - End of your search period

The default range shows reservations from the past year to today.

 

Group by Phone

Check this option to consolidate reservations with the same phone number. Useful for identifying repeat guests.

 

Reservation List

Results display in a table with the following columns:

  • Checkbox - Select for bulk actions
  • Property - Property thumbnail and name
  • Arrival - Check-in date
  • Guest Name - Guest full name
  • Email - Guest email address
  • Phone - Guest phone number
  • Actions - Quick action buttons

 

Status Colors

Reservations are color-coded by status:

  • Green - Accepted/Confirmed
  • Blue - Active (currently staying)
  • Red - Canceled
  • Yellow - Pending/Checkpoint

 

Action Buttons

Each reservation has three action buttons:

 

View Guide (Eye Icon)

Opens the guest guide in a new tab. The guide URL is personalized for the reservation and may include:

  • Guest name greeting
  • Check-in/out dates
  • Property-specific shortcodes

 

Send TXT (SMS Icon)

Opens the SMS modal to send the guide link via text message:

  1. Click the SMS icon
  2. Review the pre-filled message with guide URL
  3. Confirm the phone number
  4. Check your balance (SMS credits required)
  5. Click Send

 

Payment Link (Dollar Icon)

Send a payment request to the guest for upsells or additional charges.

 

Bulk Actions

 

Select Multiple Reservations

  1. Use checkboxes to select individual reservations
  2. Or click "Select All" to select all visible results

 

Bulk SMS

Send SMS to multiple guests at once:

  1. Select the reservations you want to contact
  2. Click Send TXT Message
  3. Review the list of recipients
  4. Compose your message
  5. Confirm and send

 

Export to CSV

Export your reservation data for use in spreadsheets or other tools:

  1. Filter to the desired reservations
  2. Click Export to CSV
  3. Download the file

 

Viewing Guest Details

Click on a reservation to view detailed information:

  • Guest Name - Full name
  • Contact Info - Email and phone numbers
  • Stay Details - Arrival, departure, number of nights
  • Property - Property name and details
  • Reservation Status - Current booking status
  • Platform - Which OTA the booking came from

 

Guide View Tracking

A "Viewed" badge appears next to reservations where the guest has accessed their guide. This helps you know which guests have seen their information.

 

Syncing Reservations

Reservations sync automatically from your connected PMS. To manually sync:

  1. Go to Integrations
  2. Find your connected platform
  3. Click Sync Reservations

 

SMS Balance

Sending SMS requires credits. Your balance is shown when you open the SMS modal. If you need more credits:

  1. Click Top Up when prompted
  2. Add funds to your account
  3. Return to send your messages
Tip: Set up auto top-up in Account Settings to never run out of SMS credits.
