Rentlio is the PMS and channel manager used by apartments, villas and small hotels across Croatia and the Adriatic. It keeps your units and your bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and your own direct bookings in one place. BetterSTR reads them and gives each stay a personalised guidebook, a welcome by name on the unit's TV and a WiFi QR code that works first time.
There is nothing to install. You generate an API key in Rentlio, paste it into BetterSTR, and your units come across.
Like every BetterSTR integration, it is part of the free plan. The Rentlio connection is new, so it is marked beta while the first hosts use it.

Here is exactly what BetterSTR reads from your Rentlio account. It only reads, unless you switch on guide link notes (below).

BetterSTR checks Rentlio for new, changed and cancelled bookings every 10 minutes, or within a minute or two once you add the webhook. Your properties and units are re-read once a day.
If you need something now, the Rentlio page in BetterSTR has Sync Properties and Sync Reservations buttons, and Sync History pulls in the last three years.
Log in to Rentlio with the main account that owns your properties, click your profile icon, open Developers and click Generate Key. Copy the key and paste it on the Rentlio page in BetterSTR.
Yes. Rentlio is your channel manager, so bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and your own direct bookings all come through to BetterSTR, marked with the channel they came from.
No. There is nothing to install and no approval to wait for, and on the BetterSTR side the integration is part of the free plan.
No. Without it BetterSTR checks Rentlio every 10 minutes. With it, changes arrive within a minute or two. You add it in Rentlio under Developers, using the URL and token shown on the Rentlio page in BetterSTR.
By email or SMS with your BetterSTR notification rules. If you like, you can also switch on guide link notes, and BetterSTR adds the link as a note on each upcoming Rentlio reservation.
Every unit becomes its own property. In properties with more than 10 units, such as hotels, BetterSTR creates the rooms switched off so you choose: turn on the rooms that have a TV or need a guide, and their bookings sync straight away.
BetterSTR checks Rentlio every 10 minutes, so most changes appear within that time. To pull it in straight away, open the Rentlio page in BetterSTR and click Sync Reservations.
