Everything you need to connect Cloudbeds and get your guidebooks live.
To connect, open the Integrations page in the BetterSTR members area, choose Cloudbeds and paste your API key. You create the key yourself in Cloudbeds under Account → Apps & Marketplace, ticking the five permission scopes BetterSTR lists on the connect page. BetterSTR validates the key, then syncs your property details (name, address, photos, description, amenities, check-in and check-out times) along with your reservations, including guest name, email, phone, party size, room assignment and booking source such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb or direct.
From then on, Cloudbeds webhooks deliver new bookings, status changes and date changes in near real-time, with an hourly sync as backstop. API keys are available on every Cloudbeds account. One thing to know: permission scopes are fixed when a key is created, so if one is missed, delete the key in Cloudbeds and create a new one with all five ticked.
