We can only connect to a property management system that lets us in. The fastest way to get yours added is for you, their customer, to ask them. This page tells you exactly what to ask for, with an email you can send in one click.
Either one gets your properties and bookings into BetterSTR automatically. Your PMS only needs to say yes to one of them.
Many PMS platforms already have an API. If yours does, we need their API documentation and a way to connect to your account: an API key you create in their settings, or a "Connect" / authorise button (OAuth).
Once we have the documentation, we check it covers what we need (below) and build the connection.
If your PMS has no API, or prefers to run the connection themselves, they can use our Partner API to push properties and reservations into BetterSTR.
We send their team our documentation and test credentials on request.
Some PMS APIs are built only for booking websites to sell your listings, and can't show us bookings from Airbnb or Booking.com. Those won't work for guidebooks, so this is the list to check against.

Could you let me know which of these is possible? 1. Do you already have an API or integration that partners like BetterSTR can use? If so, please send me (or BetterSTR at sales@betterstr.com) the API documentation and tell me how I can generate an API key or authorise a connection for my account. 2. If not, would you be open to a partnership? BetterSTR has a Partner API so your platform can push properties and reservations to them, and they are happy to talk with your team. For it to work, BetterSTR needs read access to: - my properties (name, address, check-in and check-out times, timezone) - my reservations from every channel, including Airbnb, Booking.com and direct bookings (guest name, email, phone, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and booking status) - a way to hear about new, changed or cancelled bookings (webhooks, or a "modified since" filter) Nice to have: door or lock codes, and the ability to write a guidebook link onto each booking.
