As Airbnb Superhosts since 2015, we’ve refined the tools that helped us succeed and are now sharing them with you.

We own and manage properties in Ohakune, Atiamuri, Surfers Paradise, and Golden Beach.
Living in Tauranga (NZ), we travel frequently between our properties and abroad.

BetterSTR was built to streamline short-term rental management, making essential tools accessible in one place. Most existing services are expensive and packed with features we don’t need. Our goal is to provide exactly what hosts need at an affordable price, without unnecessary complexity.

We also help hosts maximize revenue by enabling direct bookings through their own websites and linking seamlessly to platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
